Delete your Wickstacks account and data

Wickstacks — Daily Nonogram is published by Lifelift Software, Inc. This page explains how to have your account and the data attached to it deleted.

What a Wickstacks “account” is

The app never asks for a name, email, or password. It creates an anonymous player identifier for you the first time it runs; if you are on iOS and chose Sign in with Apple, that identifier is linked to your Apple ID. Everything else — your progress, streak and settings — lives only on your device.

How to request deletion

The app does not currently have a delete-account button. Deletion is by request:

  1. Email support@lifelift.app with the subject line “Wickstacks account deletion”.
  2. Tell us how to find your account:
    • If you signed in with Apple: send the request from the email address associated with your Apple ID, or tell us the address you used (if you chose Apple’s “Hide My Email”, that is the relay address Apple gave us).
    • If you never signed in with Apple: your account is anonymous. Nothing in it names you, and the app does not currently show you your player identifier, so we have no way to match a request to a specific anonymous account. Uninstalling the app permanently severs your device from that anonymous account; its data can no longer be reached from any device and cannot be individually located for deletion.
  3. We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Also: revoke Sign in with Apple

If you used Sign in with Apple, you can additionally stop sharing your Apple ID with Wickstacks from your device: Settings → [your name] → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → Wickstacks → Stop using Apple ID. This does not delete our copy of your account; make the request above for that.

After deletion

Deletion is permanent. If you open the app again it will create a fresh anonymous player identifier with no history.
